Our Staff
Our Pre-Need staff handles pre-arrangements for those individuals and families wishing to plan for services ahead of time. Nicholas Proaņo, our pre-need manager works with the pre-need team of Lisa Cooper, Ruben Noboa and Tom Fenske. The pre-need team will be pleased to talk with you about any questions you may have. Our kind and understanding staff assist families in arranging personalized services which honor and celebrate the lives of their loved ones. Some of our staff are bi-lingual and are able to assist you in Spanish, Tagalog, Cantonese, and Mandarin. AfterCare is available to families as they continue the journey of adjusting to their loss. People work through grief in their own way, in their own time. AfterCare is our way of staying connected to families at the time of great need and providing support and practical information as well. Duggan's Serra Mortuary is proud to sponsor an Annual Remembrance Service at the end of the year for all families we have served the past year. Our grief support staff person, Mercy Feeney at 650/756-4500 ext. 139 can be contacted for information on grief support in your area, reading materials and resources. We are pleased to have a diverse and caring staff of men and women embalmers, drivers, and staff associates who enable us to give the best possible service to our families.
